I think it would be. I usually look at only the last 2 or three revisions to see what has changed.

and this bar
would be preferable to be anchored to top and not disappear when scrolling.
But maybe it's already planned.

It's on our todo list to change the position of the compare button. Today we issued a slew of improvements already including for anti spam, tomorrow another day of improvements. Thank you for sharing your feedback!
