Hi guys, I don't know why the download is sooo slow with errors (10kb /s ) can someone upload to an alternate server?

Since the site was renewed for me the download is tragic.
Several hours provided

Same observation here.

I don't think this is related to the new site, as far as I know the download site has not changed at all.

For my part, I had observed this extreme slowness ten to fifteen days (I can not say exactly) before the site migration. I had reported it on another thread incidentally (here: https://musescore.org/en/node/233601#comment-764931)
My ADSL line is not in question (it is very fast, and I checked, after worrying about this, with my Internet service provider). So if several users find the same thing, something happens somewhere.
Edit: To sum up, "before", the download was done in 30 seconds. Now, day and evening, it is at least 30 minutes (and if the download does not break). It's a little better in the early morning (in Europe?)

confirmed; speed is very slow.
i'm checking with OSUOSL. Here is a mirror in the meantime https://sourceforge.net/projects/mscore/files/mscore/MuseScore-2.1/
OSUOSL came back with the following questions
which caused the problem (We have three servers in a round robin DNS).

Ditto here. And I just suffered a download failure of the latest 2.2 nightly.
I'm going to give up tonight, it's impossible.

Oh wow, I most likely come to find out the cause. I enabled the IPv6 protocol on my Box.
And I instantly re-found my usual and fast download speed :)

So my knife in your wound helped 😁
I believe my connection has ipv6 enabled too.

My distro (Mageia) currently has a library error affecting all Linux versions, Mint is O.K.

Sorry, no luck. My ISP address has been blocked because somebody else has been uploading spam. I uploaded to my host's FTP directory, but it isn't anonymous. Once the speed issues here are fixed, the file (95 MiB) should be available from the Download link above.

@lasconic: See above, seems to affect IPv4 but not IPv6, and it got to be http (as that is what our download pages links to)
