A Major Key to a Minor Key without it adding Accidentals
I keep trying to change the Key Signature from Major to Minor, but it keeps adding Accidentals. If there isn't a way already, could you make it so that we could turn that on and off? It would make my life a whole lot easier.

If there are not already accidentals selecting the score and pressing the up arrow then the down arrow will remove ALL accidentals. Otherwise, changing key signature does not change any notes, so accidentals are made to keep the notes the same.

I am trying to turn this song (https://musescore.com/user/12012716/scores/2591846) into a Minor Key like this YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1GRbFob05w), but I am not quite sure how. Could you help me?

To make a major-key tune sound minor-key you need to change the pitch of certain notes. Changing the key signature will not change the pitches. Changing the key signature will, however, highlight where you should make changes in pitches to make your new tune. Making a tune minor can create some pleasing results.
