How do I create a scales sheet?
It's not an actual scales sheet. I just want a page with Happy Birthday in 12 scales without it being on one part or a bunch of parts and it's a continuous line. Just there, if that makes sense. Much appreciated for the help.

If your intention is to raise each successive iteration by 1/2 a step, you can copy the song, paste it in the next spot (the destination notes should still be selected at this point) and *press the up arrow key, this will make each C a C#, each E an F and so forth.
*If you want to change keys such as using the circle of fifth (key of C followed by Key of G...) then you will want to use the Notes->Transpose... dialog to change the pitch rather than pressing the up arrow.
Not sure what you mean by "part" here, but if you mean you want each version to start a new line, just add line breaks form the Breaks & Spacers palette.
If you continue to have difficulty, please attach your score and describe in more detail what you are trying to do.

As with the attached file, the first page shows two parts, but compressed. The treble is on the top and takes up two lines, but the bass line only takes up one. Additionally, the bass clef drops out entirely in the last two lines. Basically, I want to manipulate instrument part placement without entirely screwing up measure numbers. (Changed what I wanted to do from last time). Thanks.

Well, that is 2 voices in one staff. Apparently you are using "Hide empty staves". But we can't say more from looking at the PDF, would need the score itself (the mscz file)
I don't understand at all how this relates to your initial post though

If I understand correctly, this question is unrelated to your original question - it has nothing to do with scales any more? I am further guessing the picture you attached is not of your score, but someone else's score, and it's not a score you are having problems with - it is a score you want to emulate? If so, then probably the relevant information is that you need to enabled "Style / General / Hide empty staves" after entering all the music for your score. That is, have two staves as this score does, but after entering notes, the first staff will be empty the first few lines and the second staff will be empty the last few lines. By turning on this option,t hose staves will then disappear, just as in this picture.
Again, if you continue to have problems, please post your score - the actual score, not just a picture - so we can advise better. But if you have questions on new topics, it is better to start new threads.

That PDF got generated by MuseScore 2.0.2 ;-)
