Print score in landscape mode.

As an experiment, I printed (8.5x11) one page of a score in landscape mode.

It rotated properly, but the page width remained at 8.5 rather than filling the whole print screen to 11".

I have numerous big band charts and the conductor's score on them print the full 11" margins across.

How can I extend the printed width?
