Question about beams
Hello,
I was wondering if anybody knows how to get the formatting effect for the sixteenth notes shown in the attached and circled. See how there is one bar in between the two groups of sixteenth notes... That's what I am after... Thanks!

In MuseScore, that's called a sub-beam. That feature will be in the next major release. It's just a visual effect some editors like to use, though - it doesn't mean anything different from any other way of beaming. So for now, it's best just to not worry about it and beam in groups of four normally. Then, if you like, when 2.0 comes out you'll be able to join the groups with sub beams.
