The file had the following errors.
Measure 39 Staff 4 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 56/48
Measure 67 Staff 4 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 56/48
Measure 103 Staff 4 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 56/48
Measure 106 Staff 4 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 56/48
Measure 127, staff 7, voice 2 too long. Expected: 4/4; Found: 5/4
Measure 128 Staff 2 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 1/16
Measure 128 Staff 7 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 0/1
I fixed them, but you will want to check the measures for accuracy.

Almost entirely due to this known issue: #202271: Copy-paste sextuplets/octuplets and their removal leads to corruption
Here your repaired file (you have just to re-enter beats 3 and 4 in measures 39/67/103/106: I did not know the content exactly): 3All_I_Want_For_Christmas_is_You_0.mscz
And so, avoid to copy-paste or/and remove the sextuplets.
