Drum Music That Doesn't Fit With 3/4?
I ran into a problem. I have a piece of music that I'm trying to put into MuseScore, but the snare/tenor/bass drum parts are written with sets of 3 eighth-note triplets per bar.
To simplify, the drums have this part:
While the winds have this part:
Which isn't possible. However, I don't know a lot about drums and that kind of stuff so if anyone has some solutions, please respond. Thanks!

You have shown only one measure for the percussion and 2 measures for the winds. The drum measure will line up perfectly with one wind measure.

But... it doesn't.

You have not entered triplets. I believe you need to know how to use triplets. See: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tuplets

Wow, I am about to lose my mind. Okay, so I tried to put in triplets earlier but it auto-changed the note length, and so I reattempted it just now after you told me, and guess what... IT HAPPENED AGAIN

You are not doing it correctly. In the instructions it says to select a note or rest of the full duration of the triplet. The duration of triplet 1/8th notes is a 1/4 note/rest, so you need to make a 1/4 rest and press ctrl+3. You will end up with 3 1/8th rests under the triplet bracket. You can then replace these with notes.
To make this a little easier for several triplets in a row, you can make 3 1/4 rests in the measure, select the measure and press ctrl+3 and all 3 rests will be turned into triplets. You can even select the measure and press R to make the measure be automatically copied to the next measure. You can then continue to press R until you have as many measures as you want. R works the same if you have rests or notes. Whatever is in the measure will be copied.

Don't say you're stupid. It takes time to understand new programs. Don't be afraid to ask other questions.
