On mac os 10.11.6 , in: layout > page settings > first page number. If i select "23" and sequence is 4 pages long, I would expect first page to show "23" on bottom right corner. Instead, page number shows as "blank". Pages number 24 to 26 do show and print correctly.

Page 1 and first page is not the same thing
