INDICATION OF COMPASS IN SHEET IS DIFFERENT THAN IN ITS MIDI.
I open with MuseScore a MIDI file knowing that its compass indication is 3/4, but when I see the score I check that it appears with 4/4 its compass indication and it is slower so the song logically lasts longer. It has 320 measures and nine instruments, so editing it is very laborious. Why does the compass indication change? What I can do? Thank you.

Could you please attache the midi file for investigation? Else we can only suppose what’s going on. For example you can change the time signature to 3/4 after importing the score, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/time-signatures#add-time-signature

Hi. Yes, I have already changed it from the Master Palette. Even at 6/8 that is the true compass indication of that song, but logically the content (notes) of the measures is appalling and its number is increased excessively. I attach the Midi file. Thank you.

I'm not very familiar with midi files and can't give you much suggestions to the source. But are you aware of that, if you import the midi file that you can adjust the settings of the time signature in the menu below the sore and enable it by confirming it?

Yes, I used that option too. The effect is the same as if it is done from the Master Palette. I insist that with both options the bars are incemented, the music sounds slower (the song lasts almost 3 minutes more) and distortions are appreciated in some instruments. Thank you.

You can change the tempo to whatever you want if you prefer it faster. See the Handbook under "Tempo".
