Free Trial

I just started my 30 day free trial so that I could download a piece of music by the individual parts, but when I try to download the music now, it says I still need to become a pro member. I realized shortly after signing up for the free trial that my account's email was out of date.. Is there a confirmation email needed to begin the trial that I'm not getting?
