Just press M
To be clear, first make sure you actually have the proper number of empty measures. Then when you press "M" they are conveted to multimeasure rests.
But you never normally to do this yourself at all - it happens automatically when you generate parts from your score. The only time you'd ever normally need to do this manually is if for some reaosn you are entering only one part without the rest of the score.
