"Make Into System"
In Sibelius there is a function called "make inte system" which is the opposite of a system break.
Where do I find this in MuseScore?
Right now I have a single bar occupying a whole system, I'd like it to join the system above.

Remove the system break. If there is none, reduce stretch see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#layout-stretch) or make the paper wider, the borders narrower or the scaling smaller (see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/page-settings)
