How do I beam notes?
I have searched the handbook, FAQs and did everything that was said there, yet I still can't seem to bond 2 notes together. Can someone help me?

How could you then have missed https://musescore.org/en/handbook/beams and https://musescore.org/en/handbook/time-signatures#change-default-beaming or what there you tried and it didn't work?
MuseScore automatically beams eighth notes as you enter them. My guess is you have entered two quarter notes and are then trying to force them to become eighth notes. That's not how MuseScore works. if you want to enter two eighth notes, you should enter them that way to begin with. Select the eighth note duration on the toolbar, enter your notes, and you'll see the beams handled completely automatically.

If you continue to have trouble, please attach your score and describe exactly - step by step - how you are trying to enter the eighth notes and at which step you perceive something to be going wrong.
