You won't be able to translate the various elements if not one at a time.
To be clear, though: there is no automatic way to translate the text found within a score. You'd have to do that manually like any other text in any other program. This forum is actually about translating the MuseScore itself - putting the various menus and dialog boxes into other languages. Not that discussions about ways of translating your own content can't be interesting as well :-)
