voice 1 and voice 2 don't overlap correctly
Hi all,
voice 2 has beams and I can't adjust the first note to fit it to note of voice 1
I join a snapshot from the musescore file.

Can you share the score too?
Doesn't https://musescore.org/en/handbook/noteheads-0#shared-noteheads help?
Is it really voice 2, or notes from the staff below, as cross-staff notation?

thanks for your quick reply. You guessed it it's second voice from stave below. Sorry to have importuned. I wanted it absolutely to be on the same stave!!!

Every individual staff can have up to 4 voices, so put the notes in question in voice 2 in the top staff and then use shared note heads (make one of the heads invisible).
