choral sheet music
I need to create sheet music where I have more than one soprano part. I would like to be able to play each part separately but I don't see an option to do that. Can you help me.

Voice parts are listed in the instruments dialog (press i to see it). You can add as many or as few instruments in any combination you like. To hear only one "instrument" (in your case voice) open the mixer (press F10) and check the Solo box. You can check multiple instruments to hear more than one instrument at a time.
You can also go to the menu File->Parts to extract all of the parts and then click an instrument's tab to see and play only that instrument.
