For the record, the first two places you should always look are the Handbook (under Help menu within MuseScore, or Support menu on this site), and also the Tutorials (under Support here). And FWIW, both of these have clearly labeled entries on Lyrics you can find by searching the page (using Ctrl+Fin most browsers) for the word "lyric". That's probably the best starting place to find information on any given topic.
