Tuplets numbers, when creating parts, obey first to the scaling in main score instead of the default parts scaling
Version 2.1 and currents 2.2 RC and 3.0 dev. / Windows7/10
1) Load this score (0,764mm scaling): SATB tuplet small scaling.mscz
2) Create parts -> New all -> Ok
Expected result in Soprano part (ie with the 1,764mm default scaling in parts)
Current result: very small tuplet number/bracket
-
Similar result (not surprising) with the reverse case
1) Load this score (3,564mm scaling): SATB tuplet large scaling.mscz
2) Create parts
Result in soprano part: big tuplet number
-
The issue is solved by saving, closing and reloading the score.

After checking, I notice this issue is a very former one. I encounter it all the time, until in 2014
Yes, I believe I have seen this reported before, and even encountered it myself. There doesn't seem to be an existing issue report, though, so thanks for filling this!
