I want to use a 7/8 Time signature for a piece. Where do I find it? I couldn't understand the previous forums.

I am searching for metronome behavior control in compound meter as well, like for instance having clicks on 1, 3, 5, 7 in a 4+5-meter (or, in slow tempo:|(+.+.+.+..|

There is nothing to do that autoamtically, but you could create your own "click" track by adding a staff using claves or a similar percussion instrument.
