Connecting Jack Audio to VST from Musescore

So I configured Musescore to connect to Jack, but I now want to connect jack to a VST so that what I write in Musescore comes through the VST. Is there an easy way to do this with minihost or FL Studio? I have tried minihost already, but whenever I try and open a .dll file, it says that it is not a valid VST. Thanks in advance.
