Combining music scores
HI,
I have looked at various tutorials and the handbook. I'm using V2.0. I'm wrote a 16 bar melody on a xylophone. Then, I have written a 4 bar (with 4 repeats) accompaniment.
What I would like to do is combing all these melodies onto 1 page. Currently, I'm not able to do that. I have the melody on a page and the accompaniment on another. I would like them to be on the same page and when I click play, I would like all of them to play together. I cant even copy and paste the 4 bar accompaniment (cause I'm on V2.0?) to the 16 bar melody page.
I've tried using the line/section break but I cant seem to use it. Any idea how to do this please? I've spent 2 days reading the various tutorials and have not managed to find an answer. Sorry If this has been published somewhere and I've missed it.

Your 'My Song" score needs 3 more instrument staves added to it - glockenspiel, xylophone, and marimba.
To add instruments: from the menu, select Edit→Instruments...; or use the keyboard shortcut, I.

Basically, you need a 16 measure score with 4 staves per system. Then they will all play at the same time.

Thank you. I thought that I could use the repeat symbol but that makes more sense.
