Play Panel Tempo Bar Suggestion

Hi Everyone,

These issues may have already been addressed, so apologies if they have. The slider on the the tempo bar seems very difficult to get to a particular number and entering the percentage doesn't seem to work very well. The slider number disappears from time to time when calculating. Also, is there a way to have the tempo setting for a piece saved after closing the score so it doesn't have to be re-set every time the score is opened? I couldn't find a solution in the manual but I may have missed it.

for temporary changes, use: the "Play Panel" (F11) Using your mouse enlarge the Play Panel window to be able to better adjust the cursor

To be more specific: the control in the play panel is not meant for precise or permanent changes - it for for temporary overrides only, like for practice purposes. The actual precise permanent tempo is set by adding a tempo marking to the score itself.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the comments. It's not a big deal and it may be a problem with Windows 8.1 anyway. The slider is difficult to set on an exact number and the BPM number at the top of the slider disappears from time to time. But when I input the tempo for the score, the program remembers the setting, so it's okay. Just thought I'd mention it.
