Global tempo change option

I'd love to see an option to modify all tempo mark values in a score by a certain percentage. Apparently this is not available in version 2.2.
After using a lot of tempo marks to make playback more musical, it can be desirable to speed up or slow down the complete piece. Adjusting every single tempo value can be a lot of work and even introduce errors, hence my request for a global tempo change option. The Play Panel speed can be used as a preview guide.

This can probably be written as a plugin; it won't be able to read out the play panel though, but a slider/% field might be quite achievable.
