swing notation for drums
Generally in swing drum tabs, four consecutive 1/8 notes are written as two couples of 1/8 notes.

Does MuseScore allows thus kind of notation? if yes how?

Change the beaming properties. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/time-signatures#change-default-beaming will most likely be what you want, but also see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/beams for another possible solution.
