Create clef window

I've noticed several requests for clefs Musescore doesn't have. I have a solution: a create clef window just like the create time signature window. First the user chooses a symbol which can be an existing clef symbol or an imported image. The user then selects the pitch line, which pitch that is, and what line of the stave should go through it. The final step is naming the clef.
