What's the musical term for this?:
I can't figure out the musical terminology for this type of tuplet. I've seen it in some of my fellow musician's scores in person but never found out the name for it. Musically it speeds up going towards the middle and slows down near the end, and it can contain any number of notes.
Also, is there a way to implement this in musescore, at least visually?

It looks a lot like feathered beams but different than most I've seen. It is handwritten however. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/beams#adjust-feathered-beams
I think Mike320 nailed it. If I can quote Steinberg (gasp!) on fanned/feathered beams:

"
A single beam can have multiple changes of direction within it.
The grouping can use either two or three beams, with three beams indicating a greater change of speed than two beams.
