Moving pieces from Sibelius,
When I've moved files from Sibelius, the Chord Symbols are almost on top of the stave, and note heads become individual, any suggestion to remedy this?

Huh? Chord symbols are supposed to be above the staff and I don't understand what you mean with the notedheads?
Attach your imported score and a picture from Sibelius is possible.
The Hammer-because-everything-is-a-nail solution: Ctrl+A then Ctrl+R
This will first select everything and then reset all that is selected to their default settings. Assuming chord symbols carried over correctly, and are recognized as such, this should give a possible more desired result.
However if much custom positioning was done and most was preserved, you might be throwing out the good with the bad.
Have a look at the various selection modes to for example only select all chord symbols and only then perform the reset.
