export files in .pdf or .xml
I work with MuseScore Nightly-2014-07-17-2317-963fd37
I use windows xp
export as. pdf and. xml failed and it saved always as mscz file.

I think this is a known bug of Qt on Windows XP, you'd have to fix the extension in the save as dialog manually
