What format? SFZ, SF2, SF3 are supported by MuseScore, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/soundfonts-and-sfz-files#install on how to install
Hi, even if you have a licence, I'd verify, whether or not you are allowed to use a component, like the soundfont, outside of finale ...
There are free sound fonts that sound similar
