Change in font when importing tempo text
This score shows the problem. When you open the score in version 2.3.2 and
put the tempo text in edit mode
use the right and left arrow keys to move the cursor past the note
notice the font stays the same and the bold button stays pressed.
Open the score in OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4370, revision: 29165bb and do the same as in version 2.3.2
notice that as the cursor passes the note, the bold button becomes unpressed and the font name changes.
press escape once (to exit edit mode but keep the text selected)
Open the inspector if not already open.
Notice the Remove custom formatting text is black, indicating there is custom formatting.
Click the button, and repeat the put text in edit mode and move the cursor.
Notice the font stays the same and the bold button stays pressed.
I tried this on a couple of scores and it didn't matter if I had edited the tempo text in 2.3.2.
The expectation, of course, is that you will get the results on import that you get after pressing Remove custom formatting.

Seems weird we interpret the "sym" tags in the text as a change of font, that relates to other weirdness in text editing (eg, )#279703: Using ctrl+a then delete to edit tempo text keeps custom formatting. To me, this one here is another symptom but a good clue to the cause.
