Please I need a refund....
I need a refund I forgot to cancel my free trial I'm a band director I'm a very busy person and besides that I'm not payed much and 50$ was all I had in my bank account until my next paycheck..... Please Musescore support I really need to be refunded....

I did but I haven't received any replies yet...... I don't even have enough money to pump gas to go to work I am in some big trouble.....

Credit cards, family members, or couch change. Those of us who don't have much money have to eat that pride and ask for help. Better than not getting to work. Maybe you can car pool?

pride? I forgot to cancel my free trial and have not even touched the pro subscription what pride are you speaking of? I am asking for help. I am asking MuseScore's hard working team to give me a break because we are all humans and we all forget at some point...... I didn't ask for a solution... I asked for a refund.

I'm pretty sure no one on this forum can help with the refund part. I certainly can't, I've got nothing to do with MuseScore's website, and barely anything to do with the program. So I tried to help the only way I could - suggestions for your immediate, rather dire sounding problem. That's it. The website and the program are two entirely different things, and this forum only deals with the program itself.
Although, now that I think of it - you might be able to call your bank and stop payment on it. That's another thing you can try that's not dependent on how fast the website's customer service responds to you.
