Transposing C, D Eb etc. horn to F horn

A group of us are putting together a wind quintet. There's lots of nice, free quintet music on IMSLP. However, many of the horn parts are written for horn in E, Eb, D etc. Of course I play a modern horn in F. I dont transpose well on the fly and I figure I'm to old to learn now. So I'm going to need to transpose these horn parts to F horn. I know how to input the E, Eb horn part into Musescore and then use the transpose function to put it into F. However, that requires plugging in every bloody note into the software in order to use the transpose function. Is there any software out there that I can scan the original horn in E etc. and then have the software, with the click of the mouse transpose the entire part to horn in F???
