Mixer Needs a Search Function
Of all the things I wish to be added to MuseScore 2 my biggest request is an instrument search function in the Mixer. Whenever I want to change the instrument for a specific staff or whenever a soundfont messes up my instrument sounds I find it irritating to manually search for the correct instrument in the Mixer. For a piano this generally doesn't take too much thought, but for large ensembles the amount of time it takes to find the correct instrument for everything can be quite aggravating. My only request for right now is the inclusion of a search bar in the Mixer where you can type out what instrument sound you are looking for to make this tedious process a little faster and more streamlined.

Was just about to post this myself. It really, REALLY does need one. If they were able to do it for the instruments menu, there's no reason it can't be added to the mixer menu as well.

While those would be nice as well, I'm referring to a simple search feature that allows you to type out what instrument you're looking for. For example, if the default instrument is a piano and you want to hear what your piece sounds on a square-lead all you would have to do is type "squ" in the search bar and it would pop up in the auto-complete. Simple really.

That sort of works already, just open that Patch popup in the mixer and (quickly) type "sq" and it'll lead to "Square Lead"
