Fingering can clash with staccato articulation
Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create a grand staff layout and add a few notes across both staffs.
2. Select all notes and add staccato to them.
3. Select all notes again and add fingering to them.
Expected behavior: Each note should have the staccato articulation above or below the note as required by the stem direction with the fingering clearly separate from it.
Actual behavior: Where the staccato articulation and fingering number both display above, or both display below, the notehead, they overlap. Where they are at opposite ends of the note, the positioning is fine.
Discussion: It seems the staccato articulation, combined with the fingering, is not benefitting from auto placement as many of the orther articulations do (I have tested several of them, but certainly not all). Accent and Marcato are examples of articulations which appear to place correctly in relation to fingering.
