Dynamic text in "Dynamics + Hairpin" should be able to be edited by dragging dynamics in

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4747, revision: 96c1f7b

Currently the dynamic text in "Dynamics + Hairpin" can only be edited in Inspector>Text Line Core>Text.
The text is using "sym" tags (e.g. default is <sym>dynamicMezzo</sym><sym>dynamicForte</sym> ) , which is not easy for editing.
I suggest it would be better if one can drag the dymanics directly on to the text before the hairpin.
The current behavior of dragging dynamics on the hairpin is adding End text to the hairpin.
