how to import ABC text files to musescore 3.0
I can't figure out how to import ABC text files in to Musescore, can anyone help me out?

IIRC the ABC plugin is about the only one that has been made working for 3.0

Yes I've notice, the plugins for violin tab is now trashed since it doesn't work like it did in 2.0. I'm not sure how to fix it.

The entire plugin framework is not really working in 3.0 yet, not much you can do

@Jojo, as you suggested in the other thread, import in version 2, then open in version 3.

I think I'm confused, do I need to have 2.0 running to get the plugin "Violin Tabs" to work in 3.0?

No, to und the plugin there (in 2.x) and then import the resulting score into 3.0

The plugin will not work in version 3. If you want the results of using it in a version 3 score you must create the score in version 2, run the plugin, then open the score in version 3 so you can save it as a version 3 score.
