Add picture/logo to template

Seen this question asked several times, hoped that in MuseScore 3 it would be possible to add a picture/logo to the templates.
Now every time we create a new score first thing we need to do is add a picture to display our choir logo to the top of the Score.

Why is this still not implemented, If I look at the scores on musescore.org a see a lot of scores with a logo, I think you would make many people happy with this feature.

I did not see this request for MuseScore 3 so here it is.
