oder geschieht dies nur bei der PRO Version.

In the Menubar there is no Option "NOTES" appearing when all the scores of the song are selected.
Does this function require the PRO Version of MUSESCORE?

Even after a reset and switching to the english version of musescore,
there still is no MENTION: N O T E S in the Menubar.

It has changed with MuseScore 3.x. You should find the most of the entries under "add".

I believe I saw this file somewhere else some time before ;-). I agree, an overview about the menu entries wouldn't be a bad idea.

Indeed in Version 3 there is the first Point : Transpose.
But if you select the notes first before going to TOOLS, then
the function is not highlighted ( not active).
If the scores are not selected when "Transpose" is clicked,
then ALL the scores are selected automatically.
A nice function, but first you have to explore it......

The function of the Transpose... tool has not changed, it was just moved when the menus were changed. You have always had the option to transpose all or part of a score. If you are in edit mode, probably from accidentally double clicking a note, then most menu items are grayed out. This is also no change from previous versions.
