How do I?
I am a composer, a musician, a vocalist, and am confused. I have a couple of songs recorded on my computer but can't figure out how to get them into this program and work with them. Any help would be appreciated for this stupid software developer.

If the score can be exported to musicxml (or xml in older programs) from its current form, it can be opened by MuseScore.
The alternative is to learn to use the program and enter it by hand. You'll probably need to do a few adjustments in any case.
Are you looking for a program that will take recorded music and produce notation?
This is not a program to do that, and indeed, there really is none that will work at all well.
