If I create a new drum set instrument such as in the above picture (Snare Left H), how do I attribute a sound to it?
Is it possible to copy (Acoustic Snare), paste with a different name (Snare Left H) and make changes?
How to change the sound of an instrument (Acoustic Snare)?

You have to first find the sound you want (choose the MIDI pitch) then customize the appearance of that note, not the other way around.
