Phantom folder in MuseScore 3?
Hi, Gang!!!
I think I discovered a "phantom folder" in MuseScore 3, into Ubuntu.
It is in the following address:
/home/'user account name'/.local/share/MuseScore/MuseScore3
I don't know if this is by default, but... It is what it is!!!
Each time my MuseScore 3.0.2 is frozen and/or crash... The program saves the score in that address BUT... With a "computing world" name. For example:
scA25887.mscz
If you thought you have lost a work... Just look for on that "phantom folder" (You have to turn on the "Show Hidden Files" option in your File Manager).
Blessings and Greetings from Chile!!!

You have discovered the auto save folder. The score is left there if you experience a crash and is what will open if you answer yes when MuseScore tells you it closed down suddenly in the last session and asks would you like to restore it.
Yes, that "phantom folder" is where the autosaved files reside.
See:

Thanks for your data!!!
