Formatting the colour of a footer

I asked how I could change the colour of the header and footer in MuseScore 3. Since being notified that this feature had been included, I have reverted to using Version 2.3.1 because I have been unable to find how to do it in Version 3.0.2.20666. I am pleased to say I have now found out how to use Templates but any files I had created in Version 2 with a grey footer will now open in Version 3 with the footer in black.
