New Update! Crashes repeatedly. :(
Just updated MuseScore3. Was excited because one of the issues I'd been having was listed as fixed. Now, when I open, it immediately crashes. Anyone else?

Hello, yes same for me. I am on mac. I get the 'would you like to recover?' dialog box and regardless of which option is selected, the software immediately crashes.

The problem is well-known. They are working on it. Don't try to launch MuseScore. Instead, double-click on a saved score. MuseScore will launch and run normally. You can launch this way each time you use it, until the bug is fixed, or you can do this:
MuseScore: Preferences: General: "Show start center" -- uncheck this box, click "OK"

Thanks. Hadn't spotted that. I that this has been marked but bug still happening for me even when downloading the latest update. I'm guessing it takes some time before it gets posted to the download page? Anyway, work around works for now. Thanks again.

The fix will be in the next release, in a week or 2. It is in the development builds already.
