Way to notate whispered words?
Whispered words, no real melody. Should I just put in notes & then make them invisible so the lyrics will line up??

I wouldn't make the notes invisible if I were you. Instead I would notate the rhythm of the whispered words on the middle staff line, change the note head shape to an 'X', and drop the velocity of the note to 0 so that it won't be sounded. I'm not sure Soichi understood the question the way I did, because I would just type the whispered words as you would lyrics. changing the note head and velocity can be done under "Note Properties".

I'd drop velocity to 1, so the cursor in MuseScore keeps progressing on playback, and you'd still hear virtually nothing.
The 'slash notation' plugin does this too, for the very same reason. And it might be a good tool for the job at hand here
