Problem: A 4/4 Measure Has Only 3 1/2 Counts
I've been working on this for days now trying to get all four counts to show up in the third measure. As can be seen in the image below, that measure has only 3 1/2 counts, and there is no blue mark above that measure. Why is that? Please see the following image:

Not much to see... I had started to copy a score but ran into quite a few problems with rests and notes, and blue minus marks...

You have selected a dotted 1/4 note and turned it into a triplet, this keeps the rhythm the same but calls it a triplet. If you select the tuplet bracket and change the Number type in the inspector from number to ratio you will see it is 3:3. A normal triplet is 3:2 ratio.
