Can timing of note be edited?

I want to make a small adjustment to the time a note occurs and to its duration. Editing in MuseScore seems to be oriented toward editing the appearance of the note in the score, but I want to edit the musical properties of the note. Does MuseScore allow that? For example, I have a note at beat 2.66667, duration triplet eighth. How do I change it to occur at beat 2.671875 and duration one sixteenth?
