Tuplets

I want to add an 11 tuplet in the span of a dotted quarter note. When I add the tuplet, it adds way more notes than I need. Is there a way to do this? I'm in 4/4 and I want 11 sixteenth notes in 1 1/2 beats.

select a dotted quarter rest, use Add->Tuplets and set the ration to 11/6 since there are 6 16th notes in a dotted quarter note and you want 11.
