turkish microtonal accidentals.
hı, as far as i realised, there is no progress on microtonal tones in musescore. however it mustn't be as difficult is it is perceived. what is important for program is coma value which 1/9 of one note equals 1 coma..

Those accidentals for koma are available in the master palette, as "Half sharp (quarter-tone sharp) (Stein)" and "Reversed flat (quarter-tone flat) (Stein)". The others on that image are available there too.
No playback though.

For MuseScore 2 there's a plugin for this, https://musescore.org/en/project/quarter-tone-playback (thewre was one for MuseScore 1 too, https://musescore.org/en/project/micro-interval-tuning)
It hasn't yet been ported for MuseScore 3 though,
And there's a long standing featzure request, #3807: Quarter tones are not played

thank you jojo..you are so kind. . hope developers won't ignore this need and make a suitable plugin. ı think there is enough information about microtonals. up to the plugin, ı will use changing tunes..from inspector.

Try running that plugin from within the plugin editor and watch for messages showing up

But very well possible my 'port' was over-simplictic
