Misalignment of lyrics with notes
I had to edit the page settings of this score (attached), to get two systems per page - which I achieved, but somehow this has caused the lyrics to misalign with the notes. I have tried to change the lyric position manually, but the changes don't stick.
Is there a fix for this?

instead of changing the horizontal offset or all lyrics (to get out of the way of some notes), reduce the lyrics bottom margin (from 2 to 1)

I just tried to do this, as per your suggestion, but it didn't have any effect on the misalignment.
To be honest, I have no idea how to change the horizontal offset (if I did that, it must have been inadvertently). I used Format->Style->Page, Format->Style->Lyrics, and when those changes didn't result in two systems per page, I then used Format->Page Settings (to change the margins).
I would really appreciate further assistance, if that's possible, to try to fix the problem. It's not a huge deal if I can't correct the error, but it does make the score harder to read (and 8-parts is complicated enough!).

You need to reset the the lyrics offset settings
